Facebook Password Reset Not Working on iPhone Through Accounts Center

I am trying to reset the password for my Facebook account on my Apple device, but I cannot complete the process due to a system error. I carefully follow all the password reset steps through the Accounts Center, but when I enter my new password, I receive another message saying, “Please complete this action through Accounts Center.” Even though I am already using Accounts Center, I keep getting the same warning and the process does not move forward.
The email address and mobile phone number linked to my account are both active, and I can access them without any issues. Despite this, the system will not complete the password reset process. I have tried repeatedly for about an hour today with no success. This has caused significant frustration, wasted time, and serious inconvenience. I have never experienced this issue before.
I request that Facebook urgently fix this system error occurring during password resets through Accounts Center and ensure that password recovery functions properly so users can maintain access to and security of their accounts.
