Unable to Reset iTunes Password After Two Days – Locked Out of My Apple Account

I switched back to Apple after a long time, and now I regret it. I forgot my iTunes password and initiated a reset, but it's been two days, and nothing has happened. This is unacceptable! I can't use my phone properly, can't download apps, and it's interfering with both my personal and professional life. If I lost my password, you should put me through a security process, not leave me stranded like this. You can't treat customers this way. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate the issue to Consumer Protection.
