Extended Wait Time for Apple iPhone 11 Password Reset

I have been using my iPhone 11 for approximately one year now. However, I have recently been experiencing issues with the Face ID feature, which has caused problems with my password. As a result, I was required to reset my mail password and iCloud password. I followed the necessary steps and created an account for a password reset. However, the wait time given for password reset is 13 days, which has caused significant inconvenience as I am unable to access my bank accounts and other important applications during this time. I urgently request that the wait time for password reset be shortened and my issue be resolved as soon as possible. This prolonged delay is causing significant disruption to my daily life and productivity.
