Apple Watch 45mm Fails to Measure Wrist Temperature – Support Unable to Fix

Since the day I bought my Apple Watch 45mm, it has been unable to measure wrist temperature. Despite contacting Apple Support and even taking it to an authorized service center, no solution was found. All settings are correct, and I was even given a replacement device, but the issue persists. It's frustrating that after resetting and replacing the watch, the problem remains. This is a strange and unresolved issue that I hope Apple can address immediately. I expect a proper solution or a working device as this is not the experience I expected from such a reputable brand.
