Apple Shortened My MacBook Pro Warranty Despite Valid Invoice

I am experiencing a serious issue regarding the warranty period of my MacBook Pro 2 Pro, which I purchased from Apple Turkey. Even though my invoice is dated July 5, 2024, when I contacted Apple Support to activate the warranty start date, I was told that the device would not be billed on the invoice date and that the warranty start date would be updated to July 29, 2024. Since there was a difference of about 20 days, and I assumed this time would be added in my favor, I accepted this explanation.

However, when I checked the system later that same evening, I discovered that the warranty start date had been moved back by approximately four months, earlier than both the invoice date and the July 29, 2024 date I had been told. As a result, my warranty period was effectively reduced to about 1.5 years. When I contacted Apple Support again, despite this being an obvious error, I was told that the warranty period could not be changed and that nothing could be done.

Even though Apple owns the product, and the error was made by Apple employees and Apple Support, I am the one being harmed by this situation. The serial number of my device is LXYJ41CNW2. I am requesting that my warranty period be corrected based on the invoice date of July 5, 2024, that the missing warranty time be reinstated, and that this entirely Apple-caused error be resolved so my grievance is properly addressed.
