Apple Mac M2 Pro Update Problem

I am using a MacBook with an M2 Pro processor and after updating the system to version 26.3 in March 2026, the device suddenly stopped opening. Right after the update, the computer would no longer start properly and became unusable. First, I contacted Başarı service in Ankara to get support, but in the end I had to go to a private service to actually get the problem fixed. The private service repaired the device and it is now working, but because of this situation I had to pay ₺11,000 out of my own pocket. My device is no longer under warranty, but the problem occurred directly after the official system update. I request a clear explanation of how such a failure can occur immediately after a system update, and I also request that the ₺11,000 repair cost I paid to the private service be covered. If possible, I also expect support in the form of a device exchange, as I have lost my trust in the reliability of this device after such a serious failure right after an update.
