I've been having a really bad experience with the Apple Store in Turkey. They took money out of my account without asking me first and without letting me know beforehand. What's even worse is that I can't seem to get my money back for these charges that I didn't authorize. It's really annoying because I can't get in touch with anyone for help, and they haven't given me any information about these withdrawals. I didn't know about or agree to several transactions, and I have no clue where these charges are coming from. I can't figure out what I bought because my credit card statement just says "Apple Store." I really need you to take care of and fix this problem right away. I feel so helpless and anxious about my financial security because of this situation. Apple should make it clear and help us resolve these unauthorized charges quickly.
