One State RP Player Says Freg Issued an Unfair 3-Day Chat Ban

As of today, I received a three-day chat ban in the One State RP game through the Apple App Store. The moderator “Freg” issued the ban for “chat2.” However, I did not make any offensive, insulting, or abusive comments in the game, so I believe I was unfairly banned. When I opened a complaint about the ban, instead of reviewing it and lifting the ban, they have repeatedly closed my complaint tickets.

I have previously spent money on the game and still have ongoing missions to complete. Because of this ban, I cannot fully participate in the game or complete my missions, which means the time, effort, and money I have invested could go to waste. They also claim that there is a chat record, but I am not included in the chat record they are referring to.

I request that this three-day chat ban, which I believe was issued unfairly, be completely removed and that my account be restored to normal use. If necessary, I also request a detailed review of the relevant chat logs and a clear explanation of the reason for the ban.
