Anadolu Sigorta Refused to Provide a List of Contracted Dentists and Pushed Me to Book

I have been purchasing health insurance from Anadolu Sigorta for years. I downloaded the Anadolu Sigorta app on my mobile phone and registered. Through the app, I requested a written list of contracted dentists in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul. Two hours later, I received a call from a lady named G*** at 0850 724 08 50, who said she was calling from Anadolu Sigorta. I asked for a list of contracted dental institutions, but she said, “I can’t give it, it’s prohibited.” She then said that I would be contacted by another 850 number and that I should answer, as they would set up a dental appointment for me. I told her I wasn’t requesting an appointment; I only wanted a list of institutions that Anadolu Sigorta works with for dental treatment. She insisted, saying, “That’s how the system works, the clinics are very busy, so we will direct you to the clinic we recommend, and you’ll manage the process through us,” then abruptly hung up. Can’t the mighty Anadolu Sigorta put an end to these scammers? We grudgingly accept and pay the more than 100% price hikes you make every year. Please, use some of this money for the security of your policyholders. Thank you.
