My AMD Ryzen 5 5500 XT Freezes on YouTube—Need Driver Update Help

August 8, 2024 12:11 AM24

Recently, whenever I try to watch a video on YouTube, my computer suddenly freezes, the screen goes black, and I have to restart the system. This issue occurs unexpectedly and has become incredibly frustrating. My graphics card is an AMD Ryzen 5 5500 XT, but I cannot locate the updated driver for it. I’ve checked the AMD Radeon website, but I couldn’t find a proper solution. Even when I download the suggested program, it doesn’t seem to resolve the issue or provide the correct driver. I urgently need guidance on where and how to download the correct driver to fix this issue. AMD, please address this problem promptly and provide a clear resolution for users like me.
