On 28–29 November 2025, I noticed that a total of ₺99,582 was charged to my VakıfBank Troy credit card ending in 0381 in seven separate, password-free transactions, all without my knowledge or consent. Since the merchant slips showed “Allianz” I confirmed with my bank that these transactions were processed through Allianz. I have not used my Allianz health insurance for any such transaction, nor have I given any direct payment instruction or standing order to Allianz for these amounts. On 28 November, five unauthorized transactions were made at 17:09, 17:11, 20:31, 22:20, and 22:22. On 29 November, two more unauthorized transactions were made at 09:51 and 10:54. All of them were carried out without a password and without any confirmation from me. As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted my bank and immediately canceled my card. I then contacted Allianz Sigorta the same day. However, during my conversations with Allianz, I could not get a clear or consistent answer. The health department directed me to the traffic and motor insurance department, which then sent me back to the health department, and the issue remained unresolved until the end of business hours when the line was closed. I was not given a clear explanation of what had happened, nor was I informed of any concrete action being taken regarding the unauthorized charges. I request that the full amount of these seven password-free transactions made under the name of Allianz Sigorta without my knowledge or approval, totaling ₺99,582, be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a written explanation of through which process or transactions these charges were made. I also ask that an urgent internal investigation be carried out to ensure that a similar incident does not happen again and that the results of this investigation be shared with me.

Tüccar fişleri “Allianz Sigorta”'i gösterdiğinden, bankamla bu işlemlerin Allianz aracılığıyla işlendiğini teyit ettim. Allianz sağlık sigortamı bu tür bir işlem için kullanmadım ve Allianz'a bu tutarlar için herhangi bir doğrudan ödeme talimatı veya kalıcı emir vermedim.

Durumu fark eder etmez,Bankamla iletişime geçtim ve kartımı hemen iptal ettirdim. Daha sonra aynı gün Allianz Sigorta ile temasa geçtim. Ancak Allianz ile yaptığım görüşmelerde net ve tutarlı bir cevap alamadım. Sağlık departmanı beni trafik ve trafik sigortası departmanına yönlendirdi, o da beni sağlık departmanına geri gönderdi ve hat kapatıldığında mesai saatleri sonuna kadar sorun çözülmeden kaldı.
