My Alibaba Accounts Restricted for Alleged Unusual Activity

I am writing regarding four buyer accounts that I use on Alibaba.com, all of which were suddenly blocked on Monday, June 15, 2026. Since that date I have been unable to access Alibaba.com normally from my office network in Thailand. When I try to log in, I receive a message stating “Account restricted – Your account is restricted because we have detected unusual activity”. These accounts are used only as buyer accounts for searching products on a daily basis, and they were working completely normally before they were blocked. I did not place any recent orders or make any payments shortly before the restriction. Two of the accounts were registered with the same phone number, but otherwise I am not aware of any unusual activity. Because of these restrictions, I cannot use Alibaba.com as I did before, and I am very concerned about the data and history stored in these accounts. I kindly request that you review this “security risk” decision, explain clearly what triggered the restriction, and restore normal access to my four buyer accounts as soon as possible. I also ask that my account data and history be recovered and kept accessible, as I rely on these accounts for my daily product searches. I would appreciate your urgent assistance and a clear explanation of the steps I need to follow to verify my identity and resolve this issue so that I can continue using Alibaba.com without further interruption.
