Algida Free Icecream Rewards Not Granted by Local Stores

looks like Algida, this brand that's all big in Turkey, seems to have totally forgotten about making their customers happy, this company is totally ignoring what their customers want and need, even though they're everywhere. I've run into this problem with the company's app, you know, the one that's supposed to give you free ice cream rewards. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get those promised rewards, local stores react when I try to use my rewards. They're basically saying that there's no agreement, so I can't enjoy the benefits they promised in the app. So, like, there's this big gap between what the brand says it'll do and what customers actually experience.
