Alexander McQueen Bag Peeling Issue After Purchase From Store



I purchased an Alexander McQueen bag in July for R 35 150.00 from your store at the Waterfront in Cape Town. After a relatively short period of use, the bag started wearing off, which is very disappointing considering the brand, the price, and the expectations of quality. Due to this quality issue, I am now emailing you to request a solution. I kindly ask for the bag to be replaced with a new one or, if that is not possible, for a refund to be issued. I expect this matter to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
