Unpublished Negative Review For The San Giorgio Suite Montmartre Booking on Airbnb

I stayed at "The San Giorgio Suite Montmartre" in Paris through Airbnb. After leaving the property, I left a negative review, which was never published. The listing has been up for a long time but only has 14 reviews, which is suspicious. Four of us made a reservation, but only a double bed was set up. The dishes were not properly cleaned, and the host was not very attentive. Although the host responded quickly, the replies were curt and soulless, indicating that negative feedback was not a concern. It seems that negative reviews are somehow not published. This makes Airbnb appear unreliable, and we should not trust the reviews blindly.
