I Can't List My Second Property on Airbnb Despite Verifying My Identity Twice

7

I’ve been trying to list my second property on Airbnb, but the platform keeps blocking my ability to host without giving a clear reason. Every time I attempt to publish the listing, I receive an error message stating “a problem has occurred.” I’ve already gone through the identity verification process twice, yet nothing changes.

This feels like intentional obstruction. I suspect Airbnb is favoring a specific group of hosts, creating a monopoly within their system for reasons that serve their own internal interests. There is no transparency, no logical explanation, and no support from the platform to help resolve the issue.

I’m being denied the right to earn through a platform I trusted. As someone trying to follow the rules and provide a legitimate service, this experience is incredibly frustrating and unfair.
