Airbnb: Torino Host Falsely Accused Us of Damaging Property
I booked a 3-day stay in Milano and a 3-day stay in Torino through Airbnb during the New Year's week. While the host in Milano praised us as "wonderful guests," the host in Torino turned hostile after we left a negative review. They claimed items were missing and damaged, and now they're demanding ₺31,000 in compensation for absurd, unfounded accusations. Despite explaining the situation, Airbnb is not offering any support, and the host’s complaint came a day before we vacated the property. If that's true, we’re also upset that they entered the property while we were still staying there without our consent. How do I proceed with this complaint and resolve the issue? I need help addressing this unfair treatment.
