Airbnb Refund Delay Problem for Cancelled Trip

I canceled a trip on July 1, 2024, but the refund has still not been processed after 22 days. Initially, I was told it would be completed by July 16, but that date passed with no refund. When I inquired again, I was told it would be 22 days, but still nothing has been deposited. They sent me a link claiming to show my receipt, but it only leads to the Airbnb login page and nothing else. When I asked for a PNR number to track the refund with my bank, they provided a strange number that does not work for queries.
