If your Airbnb account is locked because you didn't verify your identity, log in (or try to log in) and go to the Help or Contact Us area.
Then, choose "Identity Verification" or "Account Locked" to start a chat or message with support.
When you talk to them, make sure to say that your account is locked and that you need to verify your identity. They might want you to send them a government ID and a selfie.
If you can't get to chat, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
