Cancellation Of My Agoda Bookings

I made a reservation through Agoda with booking ID NAT37189 for goSTOPS Nainital, with check‑in from 27 October to 31 October. I later decided that I wanted to change the dates of my stay to 28 October to 1 November and have been trying to do this online via Agoda. However, I could not find any clear or working option to change the dates of my booking, and I was unable to complete the change on the platform. I have been left without any clear guidance or support on how to adjust my reservation dates even though my intention is only to shift the stay by one day, not to cancel. I request that my reservation dates be changed from 27–31 October to 28 October–1 November without any penalty or extra charge, and that I receive a confirmation of this date change in writing.
