I placed an order on Shein around the end of March from the United States, which included a dress for about $85 and a pair of shoes for about $20, paid through Afterpay. When the items arrived, both the dress and the shoes did not fit me properly. I have been trying for about a week to solve this through Shein but I have not been able to find the order in my account and I could not start a return. I also have not been able to get any real help from customer service during this time. Meanwhile, I am still making payments for this purchase through Afterpay even though the products are not usable for me due to the size issue. I request that Shein allow me to return the dress and the shoes and credit the full amount back to the original payment method via Afterpay, and that they assist me in locating the order in their system so that this return can be processed without any further delay.
