I Face a Pending Withdrawal and No Support Access on Africa Winbet

I am writing to report a serious problem with my Africa Winbet sports betting account and my pending withdrawal. On 30th of this month at around 7:42, I requested a withdrawal of 50 Ghana cedis via mobile money on the MTN network. Since then, the withdrawal has remained pending and I have not received the money or any message explaining the delay. This is not the first time I have had problems with my Africa Winbet sports betting account. The first account I created became inaccessible after I logged out, and I experienced similar issues with withdrawals on that account as well. With my current account, I am still using it and my account details are as follows: account name Ntumy Carlos, mobile number 05949556** and email address Ntumycarlos****@gmail.com. When I tried to contact customer service through the app to ask about the pending withdrawal, the customer service option did not open at all. As a result, I have no way to reach support for an explanation or assistance, which is very frustrating considering that by now I should have received my money. I kindly request that Africa Winbet immediately process my 50 Ghana cedis withdrawal to my MTN mobile money, and also fix the customer service access in the app so that users like me can reach support and have full satisfaction using the platform. I expect a clear response and a quick resolution to this issue.
