Africawinbet Has Not Paid My Withdrawal After Additional Payments



I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced today on Africawinbet. I won from a bet this dawn and immediately initiated a withdrawal to my MTN mobile money account in Ghana. I went through all the withdrawal steps on the site, and as part of the process I was asked to make additional payments. I paid 900 GHS and then an additional 520 GHS through Paystack, as requested. After completing these payments, I received the message on the site stating: “Your withdrawal is being processed. It will reflect in your payout account shortly.” My withdrawal time on the platform was 6:56:37 AM, and I made the additional payments at around 7:03 AM. However, it has now been almost three hours and the money has still not arrived in my MTN mobile money account, which is making me very worried that I may have been scammed, especially since this is my first time using this site. My Africawinbet account username is James Hayford. The withdrawal reference shown to me is cmpuuv74s1z40l4l0b8y5unb2, and the Paystack transaction ID from my MTN mobile money message is 82420789148. I kindly request that my withdrawal be processed immediately and that the full amount I have won, along with the extra amounts I paid during the withdrawal process, be paid to my MTN mobile money account as soon as possible, as I urgently need this money. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was required to pay additional amounts in order to complete a withdrawal.
