Adobe InDesign Trial Turned Into Annual Plan With Cancellation Fee
In mid-March 2026, I started the free trial for Adobe InDesign Single App. My intention was only to use the trial version, but after the trial ended, my account was automatically switched to an annual subscription without my clear and informed consent. When I tried to cancel, I was asked to pay a ₺2,748 early cancellation fee. I believed I had already canceled the subscription about two months ago, but on May 17, I checked my account and noticed unauthorized charges on my bank card. Adobe charged ₺568.56 each month for the past two months even though I never knowingly approved an annual plan. I want my subscription canceled without any penalty and a refund for the last two monthly charges.
