I Deposited ₹7,000 to 91Club but My Wallet Balance Never Updated
I am writing regarding an issue I faced today with the 91club gaming app. I made two deposit transactions to my 91club account, but although the money was debited from my bank via PhonePe, the amounts have still not been credited to my 91club wallet. On 7 June 2026, at around 12:00, I deposited two separate amounts of ₹5,000 and ₹2,000 through PhonePe to my 91club gaming app account. The total ₹7,000 was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has not appeared in my 91club balance. My 91club UID is 814866. I contacted 91club customer support about this problem, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing me serious concern, as my money has been deducted but I cannot use it in the app. I request that my deposits of ₹5,000 and ₹2,000 made on 7 June 2026 around 12:00 be checked urgently, and that the total amount of ₹7,000 be either credited to my 91club account (UID 814866) or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
