My Deposit Not Received

On 26 May 2026 at around 22:45, I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to my 91 Club account via UPI using the PhonePe application. The payment was made to the GaayPay-QR UPI destination shown inside 91 Club, and the amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account. However, this ₹20,000 has still not been credited to my 91 Club balance linked to my mobile number 81086 58***. After noticing that the deposit was not reflected, I contacted 91 Club support and also sent emails. In their reply, they stated that my deposit had not been received and asked me to provide a PDF or video bank statement as proof of the deposit if it was still not received after 24 hours. Despite this, my money is still missing in the system while it has already been taken from my PhonePe. I request that my ₹20,000 deposit be immediately added to my 91 Club account or that the payment issue be resolved without any further delay.
