I am a user of the 91 Club platform, and on 10 May at around 12:36 AM, I deposited ₹5,000 into my gaming account through PhonePe. The payment was successfully processed and debited from my PhonePe account, with transaction ID T2605100036065391192346.
However, despite the successful payment from my side, the ₹5,000 has still not been credited to my 91 Club gaming account. The amount left my account successfully, but it never appeared in my gaming balance.
After noticing that the deposit had not arrived, I contacted 91 Club customer service to report the issue and request assistance. Unfortunately, the support response was not helpful, and instead of properly investigating and resolving the missing deposit, my complaint was effectively rejected.
This situation is extremely upsetting because I have previously made successful deposits on the platform and trusted that any payment issue would either be resolved quickly or refunded without difficulty.
I kindly request that the ₹5,000 from this failed deposit be refunded back to my PhonePe account as soon as possible, or alternatively credited correctly to my 91 Club gaming account so that I do not suffer any financial loss.
I also expect a clear explanation regarding what exactly went wrong with this transaction and a prompt resolution to this issue.
