I am writing to report an issue with a failed withdrawal on the 4rabet website and to request an urgent resolution. On 03.06.2026, I initiated two withdrawals from my 4rabet account to my Airtel Payments Bank account, one for a little over 4,000 and another for 3,000. The transaction failed due to the monthly payment limit being reached on my Airtel Payments Bank, but the money has not been credited back to my 4rabet wallet or to my bank account. Although the withdrawal did not successfully reach my Airtel Payments Bank account, the amount has effectively disappeared from my side, and I have not received any confirmation of reversal. I contacted customer support regarding this problem, but so far I have not received any solution or clear explanation about where my money is and when I will get it back. I request that the total withdrawn amount be fully refunded back into my 4rabet wallet as soon as possible, and that I receive confirmation once this is done.
