Payment Issues In 4raBet

I have been facing a serious issue with 4rabet regarding multiple UPI deposits that have neither been credited to my account nor refunded, despite repeated follow-ups. On 6 June, I made three separate deposits via UPI to my 4rabet account in the amounts of 10,000, 10,000 and 2,000, for a total of 22,000. None of these deposits have been credited to my in‑app balance till today. In addition to this, there was another UPI transaction of 10,000 which was also not deposited into my 4rabet account. For that 10,000 transaction, I was informed that a refund had been initiated on 3 June, but the money has still not been credited back to my account. I have contacted 4rabet customer support many times. Each time they only ask for the same documents again, such as payment screenshots and my account statement PDF, and then reply that the issue is “processing” or “being monitored” without giving any clear resolution, confirmation, or timeline. As of now, a total of 32,000 is either not showing in my 4rabet balance or has not been refunded to my bank/UPI. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, that my missing deposits be either immediately credited to my 4rabet account or fully refunded to my original payment method, and that I receive a clear explanation of what happened with these transactions.
