Garena Free Fire Support Ignored My Account Recovery Requests

I am writing about a serious problem with my Free Fire account. On 05/10/2025 I realized that someone had changed the email address linked to my account without my permission, and since then I have been completely locked out and unable to access my account. I contacted Garena/Free Fire support about this situation, but I did not receive any response or help. My account remains inaccessible and I have no way to log in or secure it again. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be recovered and that the email address be changed back to mine so that I can regain access and secure my account. I would like your support team to urgently review this case and help me recover my account.
