I’ve been an active 1xBet user for over a year and never had major issues—until now. For the first time, I’m unable to withdraw my funds due to a supposed “security review.” I followed all the instructions, sent an email, and provided full proof of my account ownership: transaction receipts, account activity, and every piece of documentation they requested.

Despite this, no one has responded, and I’m stuck repeating the same steps over and over again. Each time I try to follow up, I’m sent in circles with no real progress. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional coming from a platform as big as 1xBet.
