My 1xBet account has been closed without explanation, and I can no longer deposit money or play any games. I’ve emailed support over 20 times, attaching both my national ID and bank statement as requested, yet after an entire week, I still haven’t received a solution.

This has become extremely frustrating. I chose 1xBet because I believed it was one of the most reliable platforms, but this experience is making me regret that trust. I’ve followed every instruction, verified my identity multiple times, and patiently waited for support to resolve the issue — but nothing has changed.

1xBet, I’m asking for immediate action. Reopen my account or at least provide a clear explanation for the block. I have money (₺) stuck in the account and no access to it. This delay and lack of response are unacceptable. Treat your users with respect and provide real support — not silence.
