Failed Deposit 1xbet Taking Long Time With No Solution

I made a deposit to my 1xBet account ID: 1626016797 on 21 May 2026 using my CIH Bank card, with an amount of 1873 MAD. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has never been added to my 1xBet balance. The CIH Bank payment transaction appears under reference Nº21771250587, and the bank has confirmed to me that the transfer was successfully completed. Since then, I have been in continuous contact with 1xBet support. They keep saying they are verifying the bank details and repeatedly request a video showing my bank details. I have already sent this requested video more than ten times, but nothing has been resolved. Instead, I keep receiving the same type of automated emails asking me again to send the same video, without any concrete solution or clear explanation. I request that this issue be resolved urgently. I want 1xBet either to complete the deposit and credit the 1873 MAD to my account balance, or to return the full amount back to my CIH Bank card linked to this transaction. I expect a clear, final response instead of repeated automated messages, and I would like this matter to be handled without any further delays.
