1xBet Ignored My Request After Sending Withdrawal to Inactive Account
On October 12, 2025, I requested a ₺10,000 withdrawal from my 1xBet account via bank transfer. However, five days have passed, and the money still hasn’t reached my account.
Later, I realized that I had accidentally entered an IBAN belonging to a closed bank account. I immediately contacted 1xBet customer support, but no effective solution was provided, and I received no assistance.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. If the withdrawal was indeed sent to a wrong or inactive IBAN, I request that the transaction receipt be shared with me and that my ₺10,000 be refunded as soon as possible.

On 12.10.2025, I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 TL from my 1xbet account via Garanti Bank. Even though 20 days have passed, the money has not been deposited into my account. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but they did not help in any way other than responding with 'we have sent the money,' and my issue has not been resolved.
