I have a serious problem with my withdrawals from my 1xBet account. My withdrawal request, which I made three days ago, was cancelled, and I was informed that I have to submit personal documentation. Because of this, I currently cannot withdraw my own money from the site. I have already sent the requested personal documents to 1xBet as they asked, but despite this, my withdrawal is still not processed, and my balance remains blocked. There has been no solution or clear progress since then. In my account, there is approximately 70,000 TL that I am unable to withdraw because of the cancelled withdrawal and documentation request.
