I Deposited Money to 1win but My Balance Is Still Missing

On April 14, 2026, I deposited 8,000 TSH into my 1win account using mobile money. The amount was successfully deducted from my mobile money balance, but it has never been credited to my 1win account.

I contacted 1win customer support about this issue, but the only response I keep receiving is that the transaction is “still in process.” In their latest reply under ticket number PMNT-4730984, they stated that the case had been forwarded to the provider and that the delay was due to high traffic. They apologized and said the relevant department would work on a solution soon. However, my issue still remains unresolved, even though my mobile money statement clearly shows that the payment was completed and transferred to the 1win provider.

My 1win account ID is 356617703, and the receipt number for this payment is DDEI70J7D7. I am requesting that this transaction be urgently investigated and that my 8,000 TSH either be credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my mobile money account as soon as possible.

Hello! We’ve noted the information you shared. We kindly ask you to specify clearly which account should remain as your main account and which ones should be blocked, since earlier one of the accounts from this list was indicated by you as the primary one. Please also note that only one personal account can remain active. As for the transaction SPP-81999 mentioned earlier, it is still being processed by the payment system. We are doing everything on our end to speed up the crediting process.

Delete all of them the account i choose was another one and it was blocked, so means i not allowed to have 1win account anymore and if i try to have 1 you will block them. Or is there a way for me to have 1win account after being blocked in the account i dicided to go through kyc and then being blocked
