I requested a withdrawal seven days ago, but it is still pending. I contacted 1win support and provided both my bank statement and the withdrawal screenshot, and they assured me the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. However, it has been two more days, and nothing has changed—I still haven’t received my money. Please look into this matter and help resolve it as soon as possible. My user ID is 49993***.

Today is 10th of November. I had chat with them at least seven times, their response is still the same and every time they ask for same docs questions even when they can refer to the chat history. This is really frustrating and waste of time. Someone from 1win look into this matter.
