1win Withdrawal Debited From Balance but Never Reached My UPI Account

I have been using 1win for a long time and have successfully withdrawn money many times, but today I faced a serious problem with a withdrawal. My 1win account is registered under the name Sushma Choubey 1 and my 1win ID is 358929***. Today I requested a withdrawal of 1,800 via UPI. The amount was debited from my 1win balance, but it has not been credited to my UPI account. This is the first time I am experiencing such an issue with 1win. To resolve the problem, I contacted 1win customer support, but so far I have not received any response, and the money is still missing. I kindly request that the withdrawn amount of 1,800 be credited to my UPI or refunded back to my 1win account as soon as possible, because I currently do not have any other money and I am in urgent need of this amount. I also expect clarification on why this problem occurred despite my previous withdrawals being successful.
