I played casino games on this site and deposited a total of 150 USD using different cryptocurrencies, as reflected in my transaction history. After winning, my balance increased and I requested a withdrawal. The system then showed that my withdrawal of 1,500 USD is “pending” and displayed a message saying that because my balance exceeded 1,000 USD, I must “activate premium status” by making an additional deposit of 520 USD. Only after this payment, they claim, will my withdrawal limit be increased and funds become available. I find this practice unacceptable. They keep asking for new deposits instead of paying out existing winnings. When I try to get help from online support, they cut off the conversation without resolving anything and only repeat demands for more deposits. At this point I have money in my account that I cannot access, and I have already deposited 150 USD of my own funds. My clear request is that the site pays out the money available in my account, including my winnings and the pending 1,500 USD withdrawal, without forcing me to make any additional deposits or “premium status” payments, and that my issue is resolved promptly and transparently.

On March 24, 2026, my account was closed without any clear explanation, and I have been unable to access my balance or withdraw my funds since then.
While using the platform, I noticed a clearly unrealistic and misleading balance on my account. After refreshing the page, my balance suddenly appeared as $917,399,478.30, which is obviously not a real or legitimate amount and seems to be a serious system error or manipulation. When I tried to withdraw my funds, the platform did not allow the withdrawal, and shortly afterwards my account was closed without any justification or transparent communication.
I contacted 1spins customer support about this situation, but they did not resolve my issue or provide a clear and satisfactory explanation for either the fake balance or the closure of my account. I have a screenshot as evidence showing the $917,399,478.30 balance, my completed deposit transactions, and the platform interface under my account, which supports my claim.
