When I try to get help from online support, they cut off the conversation without resolving anything and only repeat demands for more deposits. At this point I have money in my account that I cannot access, and I have already deposited 150 USD of my own funds. My clear request is that the site pays out the money available in my account, including my winnings and the pending 1,500 USD withdrawal, without forcing me to make any additional deposits or “premium status” payments, and that my issue is resolved promptly and transparently.
