17TRACK Shows No Movement on My $245 Phentora Dress Order
On July 22, 2026, I placed an order for two dresses from a website named Phentora: one blue floral pattern dress and one Siena Long Dress. The payment was deducted from my card that same day with the transaction descriptor "sp phentora, london gbr" showing a pending charge of $245. During checkout, it was stated that the items would be delivered within 8 to 12 days, yet despite the time that has passed, the products have still not arrived, and I have received no informational updates.
When I check the shipment on 17TRACK, there is no progress shown other than "order created." Furthermore, when I log into the website, the items I purchased do not even appear in my account history. Despite reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, I receive the same evasive canned responses every time stating that there might be delays and that delivery takes 8–12 days, without offering any concrete solution.
I demand that these orders—which were fully paid for, have not been delivered, and are missing from my account profile—be delivered in full as soon as possible within a reasonable timeframe. If the delivery process is delayed any further, I will contact my bank to file a formal dispute and chargeback claim regarding this fraud.
