Zynga Took 150,000 Chips from My Account After I Left the Okey Table Instantly
On May 22 at 19:51, I joined a table on Zynga to play Okey, but I left immediately—literally within a second. I didn’t even start the game. Despite this, the system deducted 150,000 chips from my balance as if I had sat through a full round and lost.
This is completely unfair. I never played, never bet, and didn’t stay on the table long enough for any outcome to be registered. Yet, my hard-earned chips were removed without reason. I logged in using my Facebook account (T** C*****)**, and I expect a full restoration of my chips.
Zynga, I demand that you return the 150,000 chips to my account immediately. This kind of automated deduction without actual gameplay is unacceptable and unjust. I’ve been a loyal player, and I expect you to respect that by correcting this error now.
