Floating Bus Bug Renders Bus Simulator Unplayable on Android Devices

I constantly encounter the same bug while playing Bus Simulator by Zuuks Games on my Android phone. Whenever I pull over for a rest stop, the bus floats up into the air, preventing passengers from ever boarding. This makes the game unplayable and completely ruins my experience.

This issue has been going on for a long time and recurs almost every time I take a break. I haven't been able to reach the developers through any channel, so I have received no feedback regarding the issue.

I spent a total of about $26 on in-app purchases. Since I cannot play the game properly, I demand a full refund of these purchases and request that this bug be fixed in an upcoming update as soon as possible.
