I Face Gameplay Issues on Zula Due to Cheating Player Star Crowell

I play Zula competitively and my gaming experience has been severely affected by a cheating player named Star Crowell. I have encountered this player twice in ranked matches, and each time they used unfair means to dominate the game, making it impossible for me and my teammates to play normally. This player shoots with unnatural accuracy and disrupts the balance of the match, causing my competitive rank to drop unfairly.

Despite repeatedly reporting this player, no action seems to have been taken. I am tired of constantly encountering the same cheater and losing my hard-earned rank due to their actions. Every time I enter a match, I fear I will face this player again and have my rank unfairly affected.

I urgently request the Zula moderation team to investigate the player named Star Crowell, take appropriate disciplinary action, and restore a fair gaming environment. Honest players who respect the rules should not suffer because of those who cheat. Please address this issue immediately and protect the integrity of ranked gameplay.
