Although I downloaded Zoosk, to be honest, I had a somewhat bad experience. The matches were fake, the interface felt antiquated, and generally it just wasn't for me. I thus made the decision to terminate my account and forward on. Sounds easy enough. None at all. I receive the same annoying warning every time I try to turn it off: Oops, something went wrong; try that again. It simply won't let me remove my account no matter how many times I attempt. It begs questions about if they are only seeking to hold consumers captive. For that is precisely what this feels like. My whole time using the software was letdown; now, they won't even let me leave? Should this be a bug, they should correct it. Should it be deliberate, that is only dubious.
