Zara Return Label Code Not Working

I'm completely frustrated by Zara's return policy. I received a return code for an internet order and went to the nearest branch using the Yurtiçi Kargo code. However, I learned that Zara had moved to Aras Kargo for domestic returns.

Despite two travels to Aras Kargo, my return was still rejected. They said the code was invalid, even though it plainly stated "Yurtiçi" (domestic). I've submitted the Zara-issued code four times, but my return is still in limbo.

To add salt to injury, Zara's live chat assistance has been unresponsive, leaving me with no remedy.
