Unauthorized Zara Charge via Iyzico and Order Cancellation Request
On July 5, 2026, at 09:26, a suspicious charge of ₺3,780.00 was made from my card via Iyzico on the Turkish Zara website, zara.com.tr. I did not make this transaction, and suspecting fraud, I immediately contacted my bank to initiate the necessary dispute and processing procedures. I have not received any SMS or email from Zara regarding an order confirmation or order number for this transaction. Since the transaction appears to have been made through Zara, I request that the related order be completely canceled before any product is shipped and that the full amount of ₺3,780.00 be refunded to my card without delay. I tried to reach Zara via the official WhatsApp line, but the line was unusable, and I was unable to send any notification or receive support through this channel. The other contact options I tried, such as phone, email, or contact forms, were also not helpful and did not provide any solution. There are additional personal and transaction details that I cannot share publicly for security reasons. Therefore, I kindly request that an authorized Zara representative contact me directly as soon as possible in order to verify my information, clarify the situation, investigate this suspicious transaction, immediately cancel the order, and ensure that the full amount is refunded to my card.
