Rude Customer Service Experience at Zara Home

I recently purchased an item from Zara Home and contacted their customer service for assistance. However, I was shocked by the tone and lack of support I received. I was not informed that I needed to visit Zara's own website for help regarding my online order. The representative's attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and I’m attaching a screenshot of the conversation to highlight the issue, including the representative’s name. Normally, I wouldn’t resort to this for a brand as large as Zara, but this experience was shocking and unacceptable. I expect immediate action to be taken to improve customer support for such a reputable brand.
