I Received an Incomplete Zara Home Order and Got No Proper Support or Information

I placed an order with Zara Home and was shocked to receive it incomplete. Despite the package being delivered, some items were clearly missing. I immediately tried to get support through the app, only to discover the contact number listed is incorrect—it doesn’t even connect. I then turned to the WhatsApp support line, but that also led me in circles with misleading automated responses.

I finally managed to reach a support agent who claimed the rest of the order would arrive in separate shipments. But here's the issue: there was no mention of this during checkout or in the app, and the confirmation email clearly stated my full order had been delivered.
