On November 27, 2025, at around 06:07 in Antalya, we ordered a taxi through the Yandex Go app. While heading to the university, we specifically told the driver that the Meltem Gate was the only entrance open at that hour and that it was the closest one to us. Despite this clear instruction, the driver, Ö***** S*****, took us to a different gate. When we reminded him that we needed to go to the Meltem Gate, he said, “I have things to do, I can’t take you to the Meltem Gate,” and dropped us off there, leaving us even farther from where we needed to go.
When we got in the car, the driver was loudly arguing with someone on the phone, which was both disturbing and made us feel unsafe. As a result, we had to order another taxi, causing both a loss of time and additional expenses.
For these reasons, I request that the necessary action be taken regarding this driver and that the fare we paid for this trip be refunded to us.
