• Contact Yalla support via in-app support or email and explain that your room reach was restricted after a report
• Provide your user ID, username, room ID/name, date the limitation started, and any notification or warning received
Ask them to;
• Explain why the report led to a reach limitation and which rule was applied
• Review the report and remove the restriction if no violation occurred
• Clarify what actions are required to restore normal room reach
If the problem persists;
• Keep all screenshots, room analytics, and communication records
